Rah
Meet Rah, a 52-year-old Black woman who has been in San Diego two months. Rah came here from Kentucky. When I approached her on the street, this is what she had to say:

Her welcome to America's Finest City hasn't been warm. Rah recalls the discrimination she has faced while looking for shelter. She agrees that being displaced doesn't warrant the treatment she has received.
